William Quarles Obituary

William Howard Quarles, age 78, of White Hall, passed away August 10, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born October 2, 1941 in Bearden, AR to the late William A. and Florance Vincent Quarles. He was a retired Correctional Officer for the Arkansas Department of Corrections. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Bond Quarles, son, Jeffery Lynn Quarles, daughter, Patricia Gail Quarles, granddaughter, Amber Jo Sides, siblings, Bobby Quarles, Jeffery Quarles, Charles Quarles, Gerald Quarles, and Lessie Quarles Davis.

William is survived by his daughter, Becky Jo Sides, grandson, Jay Sides (Terri), and great-grandchildren, Rosalyn Sides, Jackson Marcum, M. J. Sides, and Roman James Sides and numerous nieces and nephews he helped raise.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Pine Bluff, AR.
