William Walter Harper, Jr.

William Walter Harper, Jr., age 71, of Redfield went to be with his Lord on Monday, October 12, 2020. He was born January 29, 1949 in Kirkland, Washington to the late William Walter Harper, Sr. and Joanne Hubble Harper. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter Joanne Hunsaker, and one brother, Raymond Bazer, Jr. Mr. Harper was a retired commercial fisherman, he enjoyed racing cars, fishing and watching sports.

He is survived by his loving wife Phyllis Anne Deboard Harper, children, Charles Noble, Jason Bazer, Billie Brach, Shavonne Watson, siblings, Veronica Harper, Brenda Vandry, Pam Harper, Amanda Harper, Zachary Bazer, 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
