Terry Wayne Gossett

Terry Wayne Gossett, age 66, of Pine Bluff, passed away peacefully at his home on July 10, 2020.  He was born March 25, 1954 in Jonesboro, AR to Lester Wayne and Ella Jane Ridley Gossett.  Terry was a retired auto mechanic, who never met a stranger.  He loved working and helping anyone in need.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Wayne Gossett.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Joy Gossett, his mother, Ella Jane Powers, two sons, Terry Gossett (Karen) and Jerry Gossett (Shalane), and brother-in-law Larry Ashcraft; grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Gossett, Kaylee Brooke Gossett, Alex Nichole Gossett, Anna Grace Gossett, MaryJane Mae Gossett, and Jacob William “Jake” Gossett, and Shelby and Alyssa Castleberry; siblings, Bobby Gossett and Don Bowman (Pat), Sharron Johnson (Rex), Lynn Ross (Kevin), Pam Draper (Norman) and Steven Holloway.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 13, 2020 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Face coverings are required for persons entering the funeral home over the age of 10, with a 50 person maximum in the building at any given time, also social distancing rules do apply.
