Syble Louise (Johnston) Floyd

Syble Johnston Floyd, age 90, of the Rowell Community, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 19, 2021. She was born April 25, 1931 to the late Homer Johnston and Cecil Phelps Johnston. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Carroll Henry Floyd; son-in-law, Danny Wilkins; sister, Mary Ault. She was a life-long member of Center Missionary Baptist Church at Rowell.

Mrs. Floyd is survived by her daughters, Donnie Floyd of Little Rock and Sharon Wilkins of Rowell; son, Dwaine Floyd (Brenda) of Sheridan; grandchildren, Brandi Adair (Daniel) of Benton, Brent Wilkins (Meredith) of Rowell, Kandi Eldridge (Matt) of Sheridan; great grandchildren, Brentlee Wilkins, Cain Wilkins, Dalton Adair, Kendyl Lehr and Beckett Eldridge; sisters, Margie Ashcraft (Owen) of Rowell and Jane Jacks of Pine Bluff.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Center Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Doney Blackerby officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in the Rowell Cemetery.
