Sara A. (Stover) Sowrheaver

Sara Annie Sowrheaver, age 86, of Woodlawn, went to be with her Lord on Monday, February 21, 2022. She was born on November 5, 1935, in Rison Arkansas to the late Calvin and Etta Reed Stover. She enjoyed spending time with her sons, shopping with her grandchildren, watching crime shows and feeding and watching her critters in her backyard. She will be joined in Heaven with her husband William Frank Sowrheaver, her two sons, Joe Frank Sowrheaver and Barry Sowrheaver, her five brothers, Elbert Lee, Dunk, C.J, Claude, Rupert Stover, her sister, Eva Sue Ashcraft, and daughter-in-law Daphne Lynn Sowrheaver.

She is survived by her sons, Bryan Keith Sowrheaver of Gillet, Arkansas, Russell Scott Sowrheaver of Woodlawn, Arkansas,  Jeff Sowrheaver of Oklahoma City, her bother, Bobby (Betty) Stover of Sherwood and daughter-in-law Judy (Meeks) Sowrheaver of Vidalia, Louisiana, her grandchildren, Staphnie Conway (Kyle Vansickle) of Conway, Arkansas, J.K Sowrheaver of Conway, Stacy Kagebein of Dewitt, Arkansas, Melissa (Jerome) Carter of Vidalia, Louisiana, J.J Sowrheaver of Vidalia, Louisiana. Her great-grandkids, Hannah (Austin) Tiner of Conway, Gage and Paige Sowrheaver of Gillet, Arkansas, Daniel, Joshua, and Noah Kagbein of Dewitt, Arkansas, and Harleigh and Makyla Vansickle of Conway, Arkansas, and Catherine Willis of Vidalia, Louisiana,  her great-great granddaughter Tatum Blake Tiner of Conway, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Gage Sowrheaver, Daniel Kagebein, Joshua Kagebein, Noah Kagebein, Kyle Vansickle, J.J Sowrheaver and Jerome Carter.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday February 24, 2022 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Interment will follow in Rowell Cemetery.
