Michael Glynn Rogers

Michael Glynn Rogers, age 72, of Hensley went to be with his Lord on Thursday, November 17, 2022. He was born July 18, 1950 in Monroe, LA to the late Ocie Alvin Rogers and Marjorie Rebecca Dugdale Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a United States Army Veteran serving during Vietnam. He later worked for a paper mill in Louisiana. He was a faithful member of Cornerstone Apostolic Church in White Hall and he enjoyed traveling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years, Rita N. Rogers, his siblings, George Edward Rogers, Courtney Alvin Rogers, Roy Tilden Rogers and Mary Otwell, and one sister-in-law Jolene Rogers.

He is survived by his daughter Heather Solano and her husband Vincent, his grandchildren, Hannah Vallery and her husband Thomas, Scott, Haley, Olivia and Rebecca Solano, one great-grandchild Abigail and one sister-in-law Nadine Rogers.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Cornerstone Apostolic Church in White Hall. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Old Bethel Cemetery in Grayson, LA with military honors.
