Mary Hurst Obituary

Mary Frances Hurst, aged 80, died Tuesday May 12, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. She was a retired employee of The Cleveland County Head Start Program.

She was born January 25, 1940 in Cleveland County, AR, to the late Grady Andrew and Flora Marie Gardner Reed. Mrs. Hurst was a member of Rison Baptist Church. Mary was a 1958 graduate of Rison High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hurschel Hurst.

She is survived by her two sons, Randy Hurst (wife Martha) and Jeff Hurst (wife Jamie), all of Rison; a daughter, Lisa Tuberville (husband Ronnie) of Sparkman; two sisters Louise Ratliff (husband Steve), Ann Dixon (husband Benny) all of Rison; one sister-in-law Marie Linzy of Star City; six grandchildren, Kelly Andrews (husband Eric) of Rison, Mallory Miller of Sparkman, Andrew Tuberville (wife Sheryl) of Mountain Home, Shaye Hurst of Boca Raton, FL, Jordan Hurst and Kristen Hurst of Rison and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2020 at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison, with Bro. Danny Allen officiating.
