Jeanette Reed

Jeanette Ethel Reed, age 85, of Rowell went to be with her Lord on December 25, 2021. She was born July 31, 1936 in Cleveland County to the late Clyde and Virginia Herrington. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Buddy Reed, her son, Randy Reed, her grandson, Michael Nelson, great-grandchildren, Faith Reed, Alex Vega, her siblings, Clyde Herrington, Charlie Herrington, Maxine Randolph, Mildred Peters, Mayble Jacks and David Herrington.

She is survived by her son Gary “Pete” Reed and his wife Debbie, her daughters, Roxanne Melgarejo, Renee Reed and Shirley Gorman, grandchildren, Chris Reed and his wife Elizabeth, Shannon Reed and his wife Krystal, Wendy Wright, Josh Reed and his wife Ashley, Paula Cowart and her husband Justin, Suzy Beard and her husband Zeb, Sandy Doss and her husband Alan, Stephanie Vega and her husband Jorge, Matthew Wallace, Tim Reed, Tyler Reed, Michael Cooper and his wife Marsha, Daniel Cooper and his wife Brandi, Garrett Cowart, Grant Cowart, Emily Reed, Abigail Reed, Zachary Beard, Stormy Taylor, Nelson Davis and his wife Kayla, Rachel McClellan and her husband Stephen, Seth Reed and his wife Misty, Cayden Reed, Hayley Cooper, Kacie Cooper, great-grandchildren, Annaleigh Wallace, Laynie Wallace, Andrew Wallace, Gavyn Vega, Mason Vega, great-great-grandchildren, Carson Davis, Maison Cooper, Aubree Grider, and one brother Clifton Herrington.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Rowell Cemetery.
