Flossie Mae Morrison

Flossie Mae Clingan Morrison, age 94, of Redfield, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 12, 2021. She was born October 14, 1927 in Parkin, Arkansas to the late Jim Ed Clingan and Thelma Shannon Clingan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband J. D. Morrison, two sons, Johnny Dale Morrison, Herrel Wayne Long, one sister Virginia Mae James, and three brothers, Joe, David and Tom Clingan. Mrs. Morrison was a faithful member of Woodson Pentecostal Church, she loved gardening, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law Doris Long, siblings, Twollie Brantley, Mattie Perkins, Sally McVay, and Eldon Clingan. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ray Langley and his wife Traci, Herrel “J.R.” Long, JC Long, and two great-grandchildren, Kaleigh and Jenny Long.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Redfield Cemetery.
