Don Miller

Robert Don Miller, age 82, of Woodlawn passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. He was born July 22, 1939 in Rison to the late Huey Taylor Miller and Mattie Pemberton Miller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife JoAnn Miller, siblings, Vernon Miller, Melvin Miller, Billy Miller, Martha Sue Stroble, Sybil Smith and two great-grandchildren, Caleb Miller and Hunter Thompson. Mr. Miller was a retired mechanic.

He is survived by his sons, Travis Miller and his wife Cindy of Woodlawn, Robert Don Miller, Jr. and his wife Shirley of Odessa, TX, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Jones, Colton Jones, Lee Harrison, Billy Smith, Greg Spakes, Cody Fullbright, Parmalee Aud, Brandon Fullbright and Jason Aud.
