Dennis Wayne Welch

Dennis Wayne Welch, age 76, of Sheridan passed away on September 22, 2023. He was born June 27, 1947 in Pine Bluff to the late Cecil Welch and Mildred Ann Riley Welch. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and a retired automotive mechanic. Following his 7 years in the Air Force he continued his military service in the Army National Guard. He enjoyed gardening, spending time on his farm and spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Betty Ann Hutchinson and his brother-in-law Will Hutchinson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Judy Welch, his sons, Andrew Welch and his wife Candy and Robert Welch, siblings, John Paul Welch (Gracie), Richard Welch (Mary), and Cecile Alexander (Bobby), grandchildren Ray Robertson, Miranda Nelson, and Seth Welch, great-grandchildren Luna and Lilly Robertson, Elizabeth Spruill, Anneliese Nelson, and Cameron Welch, numerous nieces and nephews.
