Obituary
Carl Blank, age 67 of Sheridan, passed away February 14, 2023 in Little Rock, AR. He was born July 22, 1955 in Fremont, Nebraska to the late Orin and Shirley Maxson Blank. He retired after 30 years from Union Pacific Railroad where he was a boilermaker. Carl always kept himself busy, he enjoyed fishing, mowing, working around the house, going to auctions and pawn shops, collecting clocks, working on model train sets and going out to eat. He loved spending time with his family and friends the most, he never met a stranger. He will be deeply missed. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Peggy Blank, son, Tony Blank, granddaughter, April Nitschke, and a sister, Carol Blank.
He is survived by his children, Toby Blank, Tammy LouAnn Blank Nitschke, and Tara Lynn Peters May (Miles), grandchildren, Austin Hood, Kaylee, Paisley, Presley and Jadyn Nitschke, Landyn Blank, Devon Remsing and Teryn May, great granddaughter, Luna Hood, one brother, Rodger Blank and sister, Pamela Blank Haase (BJ), and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
