Obituary
Billy Edward Welch, age 70, of Pine Bluff, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2022. He was born December 17, 1951 in Dermott, Arkansas to the late Lee Roy Welch and Vannie Welch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Chris Barnes, and his brother John Welch. He enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his faithful and loving wife Kathy Welch, his children, Eric Williams and Melanie Mosley and her husband Deon, one brother Roy Welch and his wife Joyce of Sheridan, Vida Pearl McGhee of Sheridan, Betty Walton of Arkadelphia, Levern Newton of Leola, five grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. He also leaves behind his loyal companion and best friend Sylvie.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the cemetery.
