Betty Sue McDaniel

Betty Sue McDaniel, age 81, of Pine Bluff went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. She was born February 10, 1941 in Cleveland County to the late Roy Jewell Lunsford and Melinda Roberts Lunsford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard Lunsford, Jimmy Lunsford, JW Lunsford, Joe Lunsford, Pamela Wilder, Lorene Lunsford, Reba Lunsford Taylor, Dan Lunsford, Bob Lunsford, JD Lunsford, and Wayne Lunsford. She retired from Ben Pearson, enjoyed working in her yard, cooking, music, collecting and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a mother to many.

She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years Troy McDaniel, her children, Steve Jacks and his wife Carla of Pine Bluff, Travis McDaniel of Rison, Judy Jacks Sutherland and her husband David of Cabot, two brothers, Troy and Tommy Lunsford both of Rison, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Greg Phillips, Anthony Phillips, Tony Allred, Chris Gibson, Frankie Henderson and Jacob Brasher. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Whitener, Carson Rhinehart, Matthew Cooper, and Timmy and Billy Lunsford.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
