Ann Inez (Ratterree) Sligh

Ann Ratterree Sligh, 82 of Prattsville, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 in Benton, Arkansas.  She was born November 18, 1937 in Monticello, Arkansas to the late Mody and Eunice Phillips Ratterree.  Ann enjoyed gardening, and working in the yard.  She was a faithful member since 1960 of Harmony Baptist Church, where she loved serving the Lord as her Savior.  Ann was a kind and gentle soul who often spoke her mind, and a loving, caring, sister, wife, mother, and aunt.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Mody C. Ratterree, Jr.

Ann is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gene Sligh, sons, Clay Sligh (Linda) of Olathe, KS., William Sligh (Jennifer) of Kansas City, MO. and Terry Sligh (Karen) of Warrensburg, MO., sister Mary Keesee (James) of Prattsville, niece, Jan Avant, and nephew Steven Keesee (Tammy) and great nephew, Brent Keesee (Ashley).

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 28, 2020 at Harmony Baptist Church in Prattsville, with Bro. Pat Greer officiating, burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery.
