Paul Mosley, age 62, of Pine Bluff passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 7, 1957 in Warren, Arkansas to Cecil W. Mosley and Evelyn L. Threlkeld Mosley. Paul was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Wilmer Mosley.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved daughter, Angela M. Mosley; grandson, Adrian Vanderpool; mother, Evelyn L. Mosley; siblings, Edward (Kathy) Mosley, Cecil (Robin) Mosley, Deon (Alvin) Wells, Danny (Tish) Mosley, Joe (Debra) Mosley, Sharon (Carroll) Williams, Earl Mosley and Dovie Pulley; his companion of several years, Denese Strom; the mother of his daughter, Rita Mosley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews that will forever cherish his memory.
Paul’s passion in life was being with his family and friends, hunting, fishing and painting on cars. As Paul never met a stranger in life, his life was always full of friends. Paul was a lifetime mechanic that was the happiest when he had his head under a hood and grease on his hands. Paul leaves behind so many memories for his family and friends to cherish.
We can all take comfort in knowing that Paul was ready to go to his heavenly home because he said that he and Jesus had a long talk. So even though we grieve in our loss of our beloved Paul we can know that he isn’t in pain anymore and he is rejoicing with our Lord.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison with Frank Wilson officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request only live plants or donations can be made to lung cancer research. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
