Nancy Ann Morrison

Nancy Ann Morrison, age 78 of Calmer passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019.  She was born on February 24, 1941 in Warren, Arkansas to the late Adolphus and Mattie Elizabeth Burke Reep. Nancy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She was known for being a sweet, kind hearted person, who loved spending time with her family.  Some of her favorite things were fishing, walking and going to her grandchildren’s ball games.  Before retiring Nancy worked for various manufacturing companies including Levi Strauss, School Apparel and Wheeling Manufacturing.  For fifty-eight years she was a faithful member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. 

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of fifty-eight years, Billy Rex Morrison; son, Mark Morrison and his wife, Terry; daughter, Miachelle Cantrell and her husband, Gary; five grandchildren, Logan Adair, Addison Adair, Brad Cullipher, Chad Cullipher and Shawn Cantrell; two step-great grandchildren, Channing and Chloe Cullipher, and numerous other family and friends. 

A visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Pansy Cemetery.  Memorials in Nancy’s honor can be made to Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church c/o Wayne Herrington, 8120 Hwy 63, Rison, Arkansas 71665, Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.  Please sign the online guestbook at www.buiefuneralhome.com.
