Hazel Jennings

Hazel Yvonne Main Jennings went to be with her Lord and Savior at age 80, February 2, 2019. She was born February 3, 1938 in Brinkley, Arkansas.  She was the proud, loving mother of two daughters, Dianna Jennings Thornton of Benton, and Tina Jennings Rogers of Hot Springs.

  She was married to the late Eugene “Gene” Jennings of Rison for 47 years.  They met at the Sheridan Skating Rink in 1957 and married on May 31, 1961.

She was the daughter of the late Samuel Woodrow Main and Mattie Bell Roberts Main.  Her late brother is Ellis Eugene Main from Sheridan.

Her surviving sister is Maxine Main Hargrove of Amity.  Her surviving grand daughter is Heather Taylor and her great grandchildren are Emily Taylor and Mary Taylor of Rison.  Surviving nieces and nephews include Lisa Lasley Crews, Cindy Lasley Frazier, Pete Main, Wayne Main, Rodger Main and Christina Main Love, Kevin Jennings, Laura Jennings Burns, and Leslie Jennings Moore. Her surviving brother in laws include Lamar Jennings, Charles Jennings and Horace Jennings.She will be missed by all who knew her.
