Deloris Ann Hale Stover, age 74, of Woodlawn went to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 30, 2019. She was born September 2, 1944 in Grapevine, Arkansas to the late William Ernest Hale and Margery Morris Hale. She was a 1962 graduate of Pine Bluff High School and a faithful member of Mt. Olivet Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Elbert Lee Stover and her sister Wanda Sue Hale. DeeDee enjoyed spending time with her three grandchildren Gracie, Bradley and Josh.
She is survived by her children, Mike Stover and his wife Laura of Little Rock, Leigh Ann Haynes and her husband Brad of Gillett, siblings, Doug Hale and his wife Janey of West Plains, MO, Kelley Hale of Pine Bluff and her loving grandchildren, Gracie Stover, Bradley Haynes and Josh Haynes.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Mt. Olivet Methodist Church with Billy Britt officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Rowell Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Hale, David Hale, Brian Shaddock, Brian Stover, Brian Hargis, Jimmy “Jimbo” Stover, and Alec Stover with Randy Rauls and Donald Woolley as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mt. Olivet Methodist Church Food Pantry.
