Mark Rhoden Halley

Mark Rhoden Halley, age 67, of Rison went to be with his Lord on March 19, 2024. He was born April 7, 1956 in Bradley County to the late Ann Rhoden Halley and Bernie Clyde Halley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Halley. He was a faithful member of Shepherd Hill Baptist Church and was a jack of all trades. He loved being able to share his handy work and talents doing for others. Mark loved going full speed ahead, whether it had two wheels, four wheels or no wheels, fast was his second name.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Kathy Halley, a son and daughter-in-law Brian and Miranda Halley of White Hall, two beautiful granddaughters, Kennedy Bennett-Halley and Anna Halley. Siblings Steve Halley (Sandra) of Monticello, Michael Halley (Kathy) of Natchez, MS, Sharon West (Eddie) of Warren, Carita Ryburn (Benji) of Monticello and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2024 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2023, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison with Bro. Patrick Mead and Bro. Charles Woolley officiating. Interment will follow in Rowell Cemetery.
